NotAMall's Couch-Potato Movie Reviews

Everyone has opinions about the movies they have seen and we think highly of ours so we are sticking our necks out and suggesting you rent them all, eventually. Our categories should be self-explanatory. These selections are OUR opinions and not a popular vote. We may add a voting feature down the road to see what our visitors think of our taste but for the moment you either like them or you don't.

The Classics - Generally older than 20 years, these are films that stand the test of time and form a good foundation of motion picture history.

The Sleepers - Films you may have missed because they came and left the mall theaters so fast. Or, it is definitely possible that some never got there at all.

Classics to Be - Contemporary movies that are likely to endure beyond being popular at the box office, if they even were. The taste of the masses is dubious at best.

We highly recommend NetFlix for DVD rentals! If you still drive to the rental store and try to make a good selection with TV sets blasting only to find the film you really would like to rent is out, you need a NetFlix account! And, be honest ... how do you really feel about late fees?
