Where to Stay on Elba

Our pick is the Tonnara di Bagno
This apartment is perfect for 6 to 8 people. It is located in a small condominium
about 2 km from the famous fishing village of Marciana Marina, which rests
below the 1000 meter high Monte Capanne on the northwest side of Elba. The
building sits on a rocky promontory that juts out just a few feet from the
water's edge with a beach on either side. On the larger, more swimmable beach,
there is an abandoned Tuna fishery that dates back to 1840. The apartment
offers a very large terrace with an amazing view of the Procchio bay, and
private walkways to both of the beaches that flank the house on both sides.
The apartment is comfortable, elegantly decorated and fully equipped with
all the modern conveniences.
