Maratea, Getting There
Maratea is located in the Basilicata region, two and a half hours south of Naples, on the Tyrrhenian Coast at the Gulf of Policastro.
Directions from Naples Airport:
- Take the A3 highway towards Salerno.
- From Salerno continue on the A3 highway, following directions for Reggio Calabria.
- Exit at Lagonegro Nord and take the “Fondo Valle del Noce” road in the direction of Trecchina.
- Pass Trecchina and continue on the same road for another 10-15 minutes in the direction of Maratea.
