Gatò
This rather fattening dish, which loosely resembles Shepherd's
Pie, is a traditional Neapolitan creation. It's name "Gatò"
is an Italianized version of the French word "gateau" which
means "cake" and is not to be confused with the Italian word
for cat, "gatto"!
