Some Mouth Watering Italian Recipes
Anyone who has been to Italy will tell you that the food is absolutely divine.
Forget The Olive Garden and any other Italian restaurant you've ever been
to in the United States, there is nothing like a home-cooked meal in an Italian
home! What makes the food so special? Most likely it has to do with its simplicity
and the fresh ingredients grown under the hot Mediterranean sun. Many of the
best dishes I have tasted in Italy derived from the meals peasant families
ate during hard times. They are made with simple ingredients that can be found
in most Mediterranean vegetable gardens and markets. Here are some of my favorites.
